Progressed rapidly through roles of increasing responsibility in concrete products manufacturing, working in highly automated, sophisticated production facilities. Built a foundation in plant operations, industrial processes, operational discipline and frontline leadership.
Thirty-One Gifts — distribution & fulfillment
Led a team of more than 200 people within a much larger business, including approximately 20 salaried leaders and 180 hourly associates. Experience managing through leaders, coordinating large-scale order fulfillment and driving accountable execution.
Renergy — environmental & energy operations
Expanded into environmental and energy-related operating businesses, applying industrial management experience to complex infrastructure and resource recovery environments.
Generate Capital / Upcycle — asset management & P&L
Held direct, full P&L responsibility for Generate's U.S. food waste anaerobic digestion platform. Work included asset management, business performance, commercial strategy and municipal organics procurement opportunities.
Synthica Energy — executive operations & infrastructure
Served as Director of Operations, supporting development and operational readiness of food-waste-to-RNG infrastructure, managing complex project and operating interfaces, and participating on a joint venture management committee.
