Logan brings more than 25 years of experience spanning advanced manufacturing, large-scale distribution and fulfillment, environmental and energy infrastructure, asset management and executive operations leadership.
His career began in highly automated concrete products manufacturing at Oberfields, where he advanced rapidly through operational leadership roles. At Thirty-One Gifts, he led a team of more than 200 people within a larger business—including approximately 20 salaried leaders and 180 hourly associates—building experience in managing leaders, workforce execution and high-volume fulfillment.
Since 2015, Logan's work has included environmental and energy infrastructure, full P&L responsibility for Generate Capital's U.S. food waste AD platform, and executive operations leadership at Synthica Energy. This experience adds an owner's and investor's perspective to a foundation built on the plant floor.
